My First Visit to a Construction Site

This is not some simple construction site. It is THE site any budding enigineers will wan to visit. This one of THE largest investment on a single high-rise structure, which will pioneer the future of high-rise sturctures.

Just to give u a sense of the magnitude of the project, visit here http://www.frankfurthochvier.de/

When u mention FrankfurtHochVier to any engineers in Germany, they will go WOW.

I am freaking lucky to visit the site la. From a budding civil enigineer, this is THE only place u will wan to visit if u can choose.

some pics...

the overall layout

wad other way than to start the PCK way!!!

the site from afar

remember him?

no idea how to wear, they are very heavy and i walk ard like a penguin.

Boring machine to install piles or foundation columns.

the width of the boring hole. (i have a willy wonka hairstyle)

cranes to lift the concrete columns

boring machine, changed to a new drilling bit, coz the clay layer is too hard.

excavators and cranes

my colleague who brought me dere. she looks 19-ish and abt 1.52m!, very baby faced, haha. tot she was quite dao initially, but later on more frenly. abit like JL hahahah

my site visit only lasted an hour plus. the weather was freaking cold, even though i wore a thick layer of protective jacket. it was fascinating for a first-timer. maybe next time might get bored, haha.
