Ever Wonder Death has a Plan laid out for Your Impending Death?

It all started in J1. a ger from my OG committed suicide after getting her A level results. Only had brief conversations with her. Very quiet studious ger.

That 3 months in ACJC, i got to noe this great classmate who later went to NJC to study. Not long after i met him at the NJ bus stop when we were in J2. we tok abt getting tgr for a gathering, even though we noe we wun bother organising. a week later, kang fei (i think) called me to say he had passed away in his sleep.

Since i am Malaysian, i din have to do NS but the guys in my class did. a few months after ORD, fei was diagnosed with cancer. tt was in march 2005? i was not sure when but it was during my first year in NUS. he had a couple more months b4 entering Uni studying math major. He passed away a month b4 the new batch of NUS freshies were inaugurated.

In my second year of Uni was a busy phase in my life. Block Comm took up much of my time, leading to less time for family. The day of DND, my sis called me. In between sobs, she broke the news to me. Grandpa passed away this early morning. I cud not continue my lecture tt morning. I put on a performance during DND tt nite which won Best Dressed Costume. No one cud understand the grief i had to conceal. I went home for a week. Kaiwen and the blk comm were kind enuff to take over the block for tt day.

During second year in KR, my blk comm had to organise MAF with our neighbours SH. my counter part was a female blockhead Lena Cheo. it was seldom to see a female taking up this role. it wud mean the amount of respect and leadership she certainly hav among her peers. i worked with her and her vice block head for tt event. It was pretty well done. after the event we keep in contact very infrequently but it's understandable given the amt of time hall ppl spend their time within their halls. Fast foward a year later, i was blog surfing and read hailin's blog abt lena had a car accident and passed away. It was mind numbing to see a pattern forming in front of ya face.
